Are any of you gals a lawyer?
I am looking for a lawyer just to ask a couple of questions to about a business deal (sale/purchase of a business) I am working on. My lawyer is driving me crazy and making this deal more difficult than it needs to be. I want to ask another lawyer some questions to see if I am just the one who "doesn't get it" and my lawyer is absolutely correct, or is he the crazy one. Let me know.
