13 antral follicles - woohoo!!!

Just got back from my Day 3 bloodwork and ultrasound and I have 13 antral follicles! Hello - I'm 39 and I have 13! Yippee! I only had 5 antral follicles when I did my failed IVF in October (but I had no clue about anything, I know so much more now). So my doctor is going to call my husband to try to convince him to move forward with an IVF cycle this month. I already called my husband and calmly told him the good news and how it would be really advantageous to do IVF when I have so many follicles, and how next month I may only have 4. Now since I do not know if Dr. M will be able to convince my husband, I have decided that no matter what he decides, I will remain calm, positive and hopeful. I'm hoping that between the diet, the acupuncture and the vitamins, I will continue to have an abundance of follicles for a while. So even if my husband won't do IVF this month and we have to do the unmedicated IUI, maybe we'll get that one good egg. I am going to pray all day that I stay positive and I have a loving attitude towards my husband no matter what....but c'mon 13 follicles!
