Post Op Appt. Update
I went to my post op appt. on Friday afternoon. Everything looks good, I had a couple of polyps, not just one and fortunately the pathology came back as benign. Doc examined me via ultrasound and it looks fine, so I was instructed to stop BCPs and wait for a period. Once I start my period, I will continue off of BCPs for 7 days. Then I can start back up on the BCPs and we can schedule the cycle. I'm going to ask them if I can be on the BCPs for only 7 days instead of 14 before we start the lupron. I forgot to ask on Friday. Either way the earliest I'll start lupron is June 15th or it could be as late as June 22nd. Eggchick will start a week after me, so we are looking at a mid July ER and ET. There will be no room for delays this time because the embryologist goes on vacation in August, so if we run into any roadblocks, we will be looking at September. I pray that doesn't happen. I just want to get this over with and see if it works. If it does - great I'll be pregnant. If it doesn't I want to move on with my life. I'm nearing the end of my tolerance for dealing with infertility and trying this hard to have a baby.

I'm sure you're discouraged...I would be. But I'm still holding out hope that things are working out the way that they're meant to. Hard as it may be at the time. I didn't have any polyps, but I remember the frustration of continued delays. Hang in there.

Oh Kelly, I am sorry that things aren't coming as they should or we feel as they should. I know how you feel being consumed by this and planning so much around/on this. I have so much hope for you and T.

So glad everything came back ok on the report - and now you're all cleaned out and ready to house a baby or two! I hate this waiting part - hope AF shows up in a timely fashion.

I'm praying that everything goes off without a hitch. Trying so hard for so long is very wearing. Sometimes I think my forced two years off is a blessing in disguise.

I'm glad your post opp aapt went well. Hang in there. A friend of min just had to have 9 polyps removed, ouch!
I'm hoping sooner, rather than later! I know it's frustrating, hang in there.
I'll keep my fingers crossed for you that the timeline works out. I can totally understand how you just need to get going with things.
