Polyp to come out
Yep, there is a damn polyp in there. It's very small, one centimeter, but it requires surgery at Royal Oak Beaumont Hospital to remove. Cycle totally derailed and will have to start all over again in mid June. Surgery will be next week sometime, awaiting date and time. I am stopping lupron, starting BCPs and then after surgery will have to have one period before we can start all over. Eggchick is on vacation June 10th - 16th, so we won't be starting stims until sometime after that. I'm not sure of the details of her vacay so I don't even know if she'll be able to take lupron while away. Earliest Embryo Transfer date we are looking at is July 4th. I need a glass of wine!

Hang in there, atleast you have a plan and tarzan's on board, remember just afew months ago you were having trouble just finding a donor?

Maybe this will all work out - July 4 is not too far! I'm sorry you have this stupid polyp though. But good to address it NOW before the embies go in! Maybe you and Tarzan can do some fun little vacation or outing yourselves after your surgery. Good luck!

I agree with Becky--at least you have a plan. Also, it's so good you found the polyp so you don't have to worry about any complications it might cause.
We're planning to plant a tree in memorial for Sarah on July 5 and I have just started to plan the dinner, invitations, etc. and right now it feels like it's not far enough away. Hopefully it will fly by for you as well!

I am so sorry for the delay, I was hoping you could go straight into the cycle post surgery.

I'm just playing catch up. I'm sorry for the polyp. What a bummer.
I had a cyst on an ovary the cycle before my successful one - if it helps.
As Becky said - you're a whole lot further forward than you were - but it's still flipping frustrating.
