Life is Precious

We had a big scare yesterday. My dad called me from Cleveland bawling saying that my step-mom had had a heart attack. Amazingly I remained calm on the phone and was just trying to calm my dad down. He was driving to the hospital and I wanted him to get there in one piece. Well turns out it wasn't a heart attack - she had a reaction to some new blood pressure medicine and the symptoms were similar. Whew, thank the Good Lord! She is still in the Clevleland Clinic this morning to run several tests, and check out her heart further. She's a smoker so that is not good. Thankfully, she is okay.

I did a lot of deep breathing yesterday so that Fred and Ginger would not feel the stress. I did pretty well until 9pm last night when I went to close my bedroom drapes and there was a big, black spider hiding under the valance by the chord. I let out a high pitched scream, and hubby said "what now darling?"...He should've known it was a spider, that's the only time I ever scream like that. I immediately tried to calm down and breathe deep, again so Fred and Ginger would not be affected by the spider.

So I believe today could be when Fred and Ginger hatch out of their shells and look for a plot of land. Happy house hunting my baby embryos!

I am thankful to God for the peace I feel so far since the transfer. All of my pre-transfer manic moments are gone and I'm just happy to be pregnant today!
