Well since I don't really have anything exciting to blog about I decided to start a countdown to my cycle. Period should arrive on Sunday March 29th, so that means today the countdown begins at 5 days! Can I get a Woohoo?
In other good news, I haven't mentioned her lately but I wanted to announce that my best friend Anne finished her chemo about a month ago and is feeling better already! She is having her reconstruction surgery in a couple of weeks, and I bet her hair will start growing back soon too! Anne was a trooper and put up with that nasty chemo for almost 5 months, but it's now over and her life can begin anew! Give me another Woohoo!
I'm going to be participating in the making of a video at work for the Race for the Cure! We started a team years ago in Patty's name and since then our coordinator has gotten EDS to sponsor a team as well over the years. I've been asked to be in the video and of course I accepted. It films on April 8th.
