for Saturday March 20th at 10:30 with Dr. B. Tony will get to be there as well, so hopefully we will come out of there with an action plan. Options to be evaluated are:
1) Do medicated IUIs - trying to find that elusive good egg
2) Transfer 1 embryo from RMA to this place to do FET. Tony is absolutely refusing to go back to RMA, so I guess he is willing to pay a transfer fee.
3) Do fresh donor cycle with former or new donor
Questions to ask the doctor are:
1) Will follistim and femara increase my lining which has been almost non-existent for the past 6 months.
2) Confirm that based on my CA 125 results he does not recommend a laparoscopy
Plus I'm sure I'll come up with some more.

I'll be praying that you come to a decision you both feel good about! It's great your FSH isn't that high. It is lower than mine was a year ago! So that is awesome! I am not sure if the follistim or femara will increase your lining though, although I know femara does not hurt your lining like Clomid can. Maybe you could do vag estrogen to help build it up pre-peak?

Wow - hope your consult goes well, and you get all sorts of questions answered. I know what you mean about the surprise IUIs - after deciding my eggs were crap I became TERRIFIED of getting pg with them. Is your donor willing to do another cycle? Hoping for the best for you.

I also have an appointment on the 20th and I'm also looking for answers and good news! I'll be praying for both of us...too bad we can't get together for a glass of wine afterwards. Or maybe before would be better?
FYI, I am using estrogen in the form of Divigel (which I think is also available in the US). It's a gel you rub on your lower belly and it worked pretty well for me last time. I'm sure there are better products but that's what they use here and even though it's messy it did work.
