1 down, 3 left

We lost one potential surrogate; the one we met in E. Lansing a couple of weeks ago. She had another couple fly out from NY to see her and she was deciding between us and them. I think she liked us more, but she was ready to start the process and wanted us to make a decision within 2 weeks. We knew that was impossible because we still haven't skyped with the other 3 potential surrogates, nor will we be able to until at least Thanksgiving weekend.  Tarzan is in a class this Friday and Saturday, so he isn't coming home this weekend.  I told her to choose the NY couple because we were not yet ready to make a decision. I think it's for the best. She was a very nice girl, tall, etc. but there were some things that made me unsure about her.  We are down to Iowa, Oregon and the Northern MI girl.
