Already found a potential surrogate whom I really like

but dang she is in Michigan - the most NOT surro friendly state in the union! However she is a current TS (traditional surrogate) - meaning she is pregnant right now for another couple. She is due in March with a little girl. She said since it took about 6 months to find her current IPs (Intended Parents), so she wanted to start the search for her next set ahead of time. She says she has a great lawyer who knows how to deal with the laws/lack of laws regarding surrogacy in Michigan. Anyway, we have really clicked over email and I think we are going to meet in person later this month. She lives about 2.5 hours away from us, with her fiancee and toddler son. She seems very intelligent, genuine, and doing surrogacy for the right reasons. I really like her, so we shall see! I'm also emailing a couple of others who are in Utah and South Dakota - much farther away, but we'll see. I'm very excited about the one in Michigan.
