Search for Surrogate begins
I'm enjoying a few days with Tarzan home from Chicago. We talked today and are going to move forward with plan A and B simultaneously. I will do the FET in the next couple of months. We will also move forward with traditional surrogacy starting now. Maybe we will end up with children from each path! I spoke to Kym from I'm a Smart One a couple of months ago and she offered to assist us in our search for a surrogate. I just sent her off an email asking for her help. Of course Tarzan would like an Italian surrogate, but it is not required. We just want someone who is a good person, and who can give us the gift of a lifetime. Paid surrogacy is illegal in Michigan, so we are going to pursue it in Illinois. Here we go!

*SO* exciting! I can't wait.
I would LOVE to surrogate. I would do it in a second for you too - but I'm not a good candidate because of my uterus full of scar tissue. And the fact that I almost died during the two of my births. My OB told me "no" to my quest to be a surrogate. Bummer.
Good luck on your search though. I hope you find someone you are happy with. :)

Yay! So glad you are moving forward on your quest to motherhood! Good luck with both campaigns, hopefully by next year you will have a houseful. Do you have a cycle date for your FET yet? I'm going in Jan (fresh DE this time)
