Going to do step 1

Regarding the previous post. Tarzan and I talked yesterday, and although at times I wanted to ring his neck for his "I told you so" attitude, I did not. We've decided to have my CD3 bloodwork done at the new doctor and then go from there. If my FSH is super high, then we may not do the surgery. If it is normal enough and the CA 125 test comes back suspicious, we may opt for the surgery. I'm on CD 13 right now, so 2 more weeks til my new cycle starts and we can get the testing done.

It sounds like your dr visit went very well, and it's so nice to know that there are still options to explore. Good luck to you as you make your next decisions.

Glad you didn't ring his neck :0

What has your FSH been in the past, Kelly? So nice that someone is helping you explore other avenues.

My highest FSH was 9.4, but that was a year ago, so who knows where it is now. It's pretty much been between 8.0 and 9.4 in all of my CD3 tests over the past 3 years. I'll be very curious to see where it is now - could be 30 for all I know, or maybe only 12.

It would have been hard for me to bite my tongue.

I'm so glad you're going to have some answers soon.

Wow! Lots has happened since I last read. So glad you had a great Doctor's appointment and that you've got some plans in the work. And some answers!

Anyway, just wanted to let you know I wrote a little ditty on you on my blog. Pop over and read it when you get a chance ...

Kelly, can you get your OB to do the surgery so it is covered by insurance?

I am so curious about what you're going to find.

Some awesome developments Kelly! You actually have a much lower CD3 FSH than me!!! It is nice to hear you have gotten another opinion. I think sometimes it takes going down a few roads (Even if it doesn't work out) to get to the right one eventually! Let's just hope and pray that this is the one! Hugs!
